My wife has appointment 3 PM Christine de Belen Wilson We was waiting two hours. I went to the reception. I asked her was going on. My appointment two hours ago she said no he’s been all hour and a half and Dr is behind. I asked her I want to speak to your supervisor or manager. She very rude. Very unprofessional stuff when I get in I complain about the doctor and stuff when Dr show up to see my wife she made us for no reason she did not listen to us. She just asked us straight. Do you want her? Continue with us appointment or no of course I tell her no I do not want you at all professional very rude by the way Dr name Christine de Belen Wilson discrimination place

Yesterday I talked to the doctor on the phone and I told her that I would complain about her to the insurance company, and today she decided to take revenge on me. Due to the doctor's negligence in his duties, my son could not get to the right doctor to receive quality treatment. My child has a broken bone in his arm and we turned to the pediatric department of this clinic for a referral to a specialist who could help my son. We've been waiting for the direction for a whole month! The child suffered pain and naturally he did not go to school; all this time his arm was in a cast, which was put on him in emergency. Today I went to the pediatric department and asked to give my son a note that he was absent from school due to a broken wrist. But the receptionist told us that the doctor could not issue this certificate because I screamed at her on the phone yesterday. although I didn’t scream, I just said that I would complain about this clinic to the insurance company. They did not put in my lab request properly, so when I arrived for my appointment at Quest Labs the team there had no paperwork from my doctor. It took one hour on the phone/hold with the clinic for them to correct their error. So basically 1 1/2 hours of time wasted for me this morning because someone failed to do their job, and of course I’ll need to go back and try again (hoping they’ve submitted properly this time). Submitting lab requests is a basic function of a medical clinic and should not be difficult. Very disrespectful of my time, & of the team at Quest (who wasted an appointment).
